Jorty Resources Real Estate LLC (“Jorty”, “we”) is a California real-estate brokerage. This policy describes the information we collect when you use Jorty Resources, how we use it, and how to reach us. It is effective as of 8 September 2026.
Account records: name, email, optional telephone, password hash, and role. Enquiries and tour requests: the message you send, the listing it concerns, and guest contact details if you are not signed in. Newsletter: the email address you submit, which is forwarded to our office and is not stored as a marketing list in this application. Technical: session cookies required to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, time) used to operate and secure the site.
We use this information to operate the registry, respond to enquiries and tour requests, send account confirmation and password-reset messages, and keep the office informed of new leads. We do not sell personal information, and we do not syndicate client identities to public listing networks.
A session cookie is set when you sign in so the client portal and admin console can recognise you. It is not used for advertising. You can end the session by signing out. The site will not function as a signed-in product without that cookie.
Account, enquiry and tour records are kept for as long as they are needed to advise you and to meet our professional and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete account data that is not required to retain for those purposes.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. To request access, correction or deletion, write to the address below. We will verify the request against the email on the account.
